I remember what it felt like to take a leap of faith, and I still have those feelings of fear to this day. I used to be in your shoes - wanting to build and launch an online business, but wasn't exactly sure where I fit inside of the massive world of online marketing.
Feeling like I had to enroll every client, and totally disconnected from what God was tugging on my heart to build because I saw how the "world" was doing it and having success.
Seeing a fruitful vision of the future and feeling like I was being told to step out and take a leap of faith. But also being nervous about the investment, and questioning if I was doing the right thing during every pivot or life transition.
It wasn't always like this though...
My business EXPLODED. Not only was I in complete and total alignment with where God was calling me, but clients who had a heart for the things I had a heart for started flocking to my business. I blew past the 6-Figure mark within less than 6-months of "putting my business on the altar" and started branching out even more.

My mission became clear, I started a podcast, became a 7-figure earner and I'm continuing to help teach and serve my clients so they can step into the great callings God has given them with their businesses as the ministries they were meant to be. And...I've mastered trade secrets + sales systems while building a consistent and reliable sales machine.
2021-PRESENT
My online business was growing and things were starting to come together, but I was feeling conflicted. I had launched over a dozen times by this point and was starting to feel stuck - I just didn't seem to be connecting with the clients that I really felt called to serve and it felt like SO MUCH EFFORT that wasn't yielding the results I knew I could have.

But God had different plans...I started dreaming of something bigger, and out of obedience closed my business right after having our 3rd baby. I took an online course about building online courses and enrolled $20K in coaching clients that November. I took the pressure off of myself in that season, and took my time building my program.
FALL 2018
The world was in chaos and God was pressing on my heart to be speaking out about my beliefs and put my business on the altar. At the risk of losing clients and having my name smeared, I chose to be bold and started speaking the truth. I lost a few clients and got some online hate... but that was when it all changed... and my journey started to make sense regarding what God had been doing in my life.
SUMMER 2020
I was so mad about being fired that it gave me the FIRE to start a photography business. I built and scaled that local service-based business for six years while having 3 babies at home and becoming one of the top photographers in my area. Enjoyed many $20k months and had a business that was on auto-pilot!
2013-2018
Finished my MBA program, got married, moved to Nashville with my new hubby and then moved back to the Colorado mountains in 2010 to work as a Banking Officer. 11 Months later, I got fired from my job in the corporate banking world (after being promoted) for standing up to unethical behavior and refusing to compromise my values and hurt other people around me.

I first started following Ashley in June 2019 and was skeptical of how her programs worked and how it would be any different from what others were offering/promising. I had been burned by a previous business course to the point where it almost ruined my business early 2019. What is the current success rate of your students?
95%! Yup, but that is the success rate for the students who actually LAUNCH. They get out of their head and they implement. They do well. Most of the time they earn between $2k-10k in while they are getting proof of concept, and then see gains after that (especially if they eventually shift to paid advertising). We can't guarantee success because you are required to take ownership. BUT...we will be by your side and will leave no man behind as long as you make the choice to continue showing up (i.e. come to the calls, do the work, ask questions, study, etc.).
Do I have to use paid ads? If I decide to pay for ads, how much do I budget?
NO! You don't. But you need a way to get traffic (non-negotiable for a successful business). Paid ads are the easiest and requires less time when you start scaling and after proof of concept. There are many options, and we can decide the best route for you. Usually our clients start by spending as little as $1/day. When they do a sales event, spending between $500-$1.5K is a great start, and usually brings in a 2-5x ROI the first time from what I have with students. Not always, but common!
What tier is the best fit for me?
DEPENDS! We have students reach $100k who came into our lowest collections. It's possible and it's a great place to start. I think Implementation and Mentoring is ideal because you get enough 1-1 support and guidance, and you get the hand-holding where you need it in that way. VIP 1-1 is the best for everyone, but I only take limited clients and it's better for women who have already launched somewhat of an offer to start.
Do you offer refunds? Am I liable for the entire program amount if I choose a payment plan?
I don't offer refunds. My stuff is great - I'm teaching you everything I know about business (which is from legit hard-earned experience and a formal Masters in Business Administration education). If you are hitting roadblocks though and feeling lost, I am absolutely here as a resource in that scenario. Please reach out - I am here to serve you and help you get on the right track if you're questioning your investment.
Don't invest unless you are serious about your growth. You are also responsible for the whole investment if you choose the payment plan option. I want you to be successful, and you have to be committed in order to achieve the results you desire. It's truly a huge deal that you are invested in the process and understand that this season is for planting. I also don't offer fake guarantees like most programs do. I believe our YES is a yes, and our NO is a no, like the Bible teaches.
Is this for NEW or ESTABLISHED online owners?
EITHER! I would guess that about 40% of the women have launched something before or have made a little bit of income, where as 20% know what they want to launch, and 20% are at the very beginning stages and trying to figure it all out. The program material is TIMELESS - meaning I STILL USE my content to build new offers and programs. It will benefit whatever stage you are in.
What if I get behind? Do you offer REPLAYS? What if I don't use my 1-1 support or implementation access within the correct time frame?
The reality is, you are signing up because you know you need to work. Either you use it or you lose it within the designated time frame. But our goal is to hold you accountable along the way so you actually use what you invested in instead of letting it sit on a shelf and expire. You also have 12-months of access to The Selah Collective coaching and training programs which is more than enough time to act - and you can renew that access for $2777 each year. And YES - we typically keep all REPLAYS!
What type of business owner is this for?
This program really works for coaches, course creators, brand builders, service providers, authors, speakers, ministry leaders, etc. We also have e-comm businesses, agency owners, and even some local businesses that also greatly benefit from the program! All marketing really is the same at the end of the day and what we teach is applicable to practically any industry, online or local.
How long does the program material take? How long does it take to launch?
In general, 1-2 months to go through the course material. You can get PROOF OF CONCEPT within the first 30-days though. For a full sales system with all the launch assets, I recommend 3-4 months to fully flush the ideas out, however, it could still be done in 1-2 months.
I'm so busy right now - is this the right time? What is the weekly commitment to make progress?
Busyness is never going to change - you need to make a sacrifice (FOR A SEASON) in order to make the time (i.e. less friend hangouts, working after kids go to bed for a season, etc.). However, it is all dependent on how quickly you want to launch, but you must use your 1-1 support within the support periods. To launch in 3-4 months, I would say 10 hours a week give or take if you want to do it well, but it really is so dependent on you, your working style, etc. Our goal is to make this quicker for you though!
How soon can I start?
